But seriously...yummy. I would be there if I didn't have to cook my own roast beast.
And, can I just mention that it makes me love you a little bit more that three of your dishes contain spirits? ;)
You did make one mistake on the menu though. I think you meant Wine (throughout)
Cheese
etc.
AS is right. Please mentally add wine to each of these courses. And more bourbon. And E's decided he wants to make pumpkin pie, which I will serve with a brandied whip cream.

it sounds delightful. Is there a dress code for dinner? Should I bring my own (case of) wine?? I'm happy to provide a pecan pie as well...
oh, and I forgot, there was a LOT of applejack in the gravy. Applejack and heavy cream. Nice.
